The exception unknown software exception

I got an error only at our lowping TF2 server. I think it is depends on your in-game web browser, can i switch off this? I dont have this problem on ALL another server`s.

software:winxp sp3 all critacal update + nod32 3.0 antivirus
hardware:e6550 2gb 1066 dual 8800gt
