Hi, I am planning to purchase a game server for the counter-strike 1.6 game. An 11 man slot; Private [66]Tick-rate server in New York would be ideal.

Do you have any return policies/guarantees/etc.

What are your support features/hours/etc.

Are there any promotions or specials going on.

I am also planning to purchase a 10 slot Ventrilo server within the package.

I'd appreciate it, if you can send me the necessary documents.
