question about a possible CoD4 server

I'm about to rent a server for Call of Duty 4, but your site bugs .
I saw a price at the COD4 page : $314.69 for a 22 slots 12 months server, but on the ordering price price is locked at 100.5$
i would like to know if $314.69 is the real price.

I was looking to buy one server too, but the site is bugged and the prices are about 40% higher then they were 2-3 days ago (i was looking at Lowpings it says $23.84 for 16 slot, but in script its 31,95 ??) or is that the part of the bug too?
