Reinstalled... now server isnt working

I reinstalled the server with a wierd hostname, i am wondering how i can get the server back up and running... help would be great.

Network User permissions problems, I suspect. Reinstalling isn't the way to go. Verify the web server services, comb through the user permissions and services running on the server.
