Cracking CS:S Server

I talked to someone in one of my tickets briefly about cracking a CS:S server, and I understand you guys don't do it anymore. I was wondering if you guys don't crack them for the users anymore, or you don't allow it to be cracked at all. That's all I wanted to know, if it is completely prohibited or if it is just not a service you provide. I understand you don't do it for security risks, but if you know what your doing to take the appropriate actions in preventing them then I think it should be okay to do, and if you know how to do it yourself, then I don't see why you can't. Although I do understand that not all people are aware of the security risks, and understand the GSP's view on the matter.
