Where are lowping's crew ??? BIG PROBLEM

before 6 days i payed for 16 slots clan server for cod4 (1 year)

and i have problem!

Before i payed for server, they answered me very fast - every time! on support email.
and when i payed for server 129 € THEY DON'T ANSWER ANY MORE !!!
they don't answer me , but if i send email from another adress they answer it!

i don't understand where is problem!!??

something is defenitly wrong with this forum and lowping guys, to me 200$ isn't small amount of money!!

Yes, the support here is terrible. I've signed up for the service less than 24 hours ago and I can't even get a refund after experiencing several problems with support. They promise 24x7 support but it takes hours for responses at times. I also wasn't able to update my server with the latest server patch because the host won't give proper permission to the FTP server. Steer clear from this host

All of our support tickets are answered in the order that they are received. If it is during a busy time, this can take up to an hour. Also, all of the latest game updates can be installed from the game server control panel. We cannot allow executable files to be uploaded to the server via FTP for obvious security reasons.
