uploading problem

i rent a css server from LP and the server got lag during these past three days ,so i retart the server again and still lag.so i reinstal the server but when i'm on the way to crack it and make it non steam ,i can't upload dll file in the bin folder anymore ,i don't know what is going on.if you can help me outthere.

i already send a support ticket and still waiting till more than 4 hour to get a reply.

if anybody can't help then i will better cancel my account.
