I canceled my server, yet still being charged.

Hello,

Last month I canceled my CoD4 server. However, I just received an email this morning indicating I was being charged for another month's subscription.

I ate a $3 charge last month to reverse the transaction, as I didn't realize the payments were automatically recurring. However, that should have been the end of it. Please respond (I don't have access to a control panel anymore, so I cannot submit a support ticket).
