Server down!

My CoD WaW server is crashed, when i install a new 1.5 patch. The server is running but we can't connect. I can't write a support ticket, if i click to support ticket button nothing happened.
Pls do it something!

Please email support@lowpings.net using the email you used to purchase the server. You can also try using a different browser(firefox,chrome,etc) to access your control panel and submit the support ticket.
