Terrible Service... Steer clear from this host

There are plenty of decent gaming server hosts available on the internet today but I ended up choosing one of the lousiest in the business. Not only do they not offer any sort of refund at all, no matter how bad their service actually gets, but they also offer slow support responses as well as limitations on the FTP permissions they give you. I wasn't even able to update my own server with the latest server patch. The control panel offered nothing as far as installing new mods or updates for the game I chose, UT3. After submitting a ticket and waiting forever for a response, I get told that us users can't decide what goes onto the server besides simple plugins... I ask if it were possible to receive a refund, and I get a service cancellation instead with them stating that they don't offer refunds. It's only been less than 24 hours since I signed up and they can't even offer a refund? I even stated that I didn't intend to cancel so quick if they didn't offer the refund (Rather use what I payed for) but obviously, this is how they stay in business. They lie about instant server setup and also about 24x7 support. Case in point, do not sign up with the host of this forum if you demand quality service

Hey well what to say about lowpings.net...
they are ok,pings are good,low price...
but support is retarded.
I had 12 slot cod4 server,we got it with no pb and it was cracked me and m8 who bought the server where sending messages to admin for like a week(they just needed to put pb on ftp and make server original)i mean i paid server for 1 month and 1 week it wasnt in funcion.
If u get response on ticket by support "George" ask for a other one becouse he is an idiot,i dont know how he got job here...
