Lag @ german servers only :( but why

Hi ALL!
The title says it all, I have LAG but only @ german servers, all other country's are working well and without LAG.
I'm from austria and have ping around 45ms to my server in germany Frankfurt but like I said all not just our servers but all others from germany are laging to me since 5 days now.
If any ideas I would appreciate it?
