Alternative Payment Methods

Only use the below payment methods if you do not have a credit card or
a Paypal account that has a credit card or bank account attached.
- 1) Try ordering through our ordering system by clicking the "Order Now" button on any of the game or voice pages you want to order from.
- 2) Continue through the ordering system until the last page and click on the button that says "Click Here To Pay Through Paypal"
- 3) When you are redirected to Paypal to setup a subscription payment you will get the message "You can not create a subscription because you do not have a credit card or bank account attached to your Paypal account. If you don't get this message, simply pay now using Paypal and there is no reason to continue on to the steps below.
- 4) This is the only case you would need to use the method below.
- 1) Since you have already gone through the ordering system until the end where you received the Paypal message above, your account is already in our system.
- 2) Now you will need to log into Paypal and click the "Send Money" button.
- 3) Send the payment due to billing@lowpings.net
- 4) Send an email to support@lowpings.net to let us know that you have manually paid using Paypal so we can apply the payment to your account manually.
- 5) Every month when you are invoiced you will need to manually pay through Paypal, then open a support ticket to let us know to apply the payment to your account. Make sure to include the Paypal Transaction ID in the support ticket or your Paypal email address.
- 1) Click on the "Order Now" button on the game server or voice server page associated with the package that you want to purchase.
- 2) Continue through the ordering system. Select "Paypal" as your payment method and continue until the page that it asked you to pay through Paypal.
- 3) Do not click the button that says "Pay Through Paypal"
- 4) Use your bank account to send payment to the account below.
- 5) Send a screenshot of the payment to support@lowpings.net. Tell us the username of the account that you created and let us know that you paid using Bank Transfer. Please provide all details of your transaction.
- 6) Your account will be created when the payment is verified.

Bank Transfer Method:
Please follow the instructions below to pay with Bank Transfer. Only use this method if you do not have Paypal or a credit card.
Note: You can only use this method if you are paying for 3 months or more of service. The transfer MUST be a minimum of at least $100 in one transaction in order to use this method of payment.
